Hi, Your Spanning Sync license is tied to a single Google account. I'm guessing you're not signing into Spanning Sync using the same Google account you used when you purchased the license. If you still have the PayPal receipt from the purchase, the Google account the license is tied to will be on there. If you need to transfer your license to a new Google account, simply email us at [email protected] and provide the Google account email address the license is currently tied to, and the Google account you want the license transferred to.
