How do I go about doing the following "disable calendar and contact syncing from the iPhone"? Do you mean doing this on iTunes > My Devices > My computer >Info Tab & unchecking syncing iCal and Address Book or do you mean changing a setting ON the iPhone?
I have a theory as to how the duplications may have happened to me: 1. I set up MobileMe and set the Mail, Contacts, Calendars settings on my iPhone as follows: Select Fetch New Data and turn Push On and change Fetch to Manually Select Advanced and made the following settings: [email protected] - manual [email protected] - push [email protected] - push 2. MobileMe then started the push syncs as as I made changes or additions in my mail, contacts & calendars. Everything looked good. 3. I then did an auto manual sync from iTunes. Might that have doubled things up? Is that possible?
