Hi Sandro,

Have you received an answer to your support email?  I just checked our
email support queue and all support requests have been answered.  If
you haven't received a response, then we aren't getting your emails
for some reason.  If that's the case, try sending the report again to
[email protected] and also send it to
[email protected].
