Hi, This is an issue that we're aware of and looking into. The other user who ran into it sent us his Calendars folder and we found that a single corrupted event was causing Apple's CalendarStore framework to get "stuck" while retrieving the events. During this time, the framework seems to be stuck in an infinite loop and eats up all available system memory. Unfortunately, it's impossible to fix the corrupted event because the program is still loading them from Apple's framework, and finding the event by hand is extremely tedious.
We're trying to figure out if there's a way to workaround the problem on calendars such as yours but in the mean time, obviously you'll want to avoid running Calendar Cleaner.
