Hello, My advice would be to enter the birthdays in Address Book and not iCal (assuming the people also exist there). Then you can turn on the Birthday Calendar in iCal by launching iCal, choosing Preferences and on the general tab, checking the box for "Show birthday calendar".
This creates a new calendar in iCal that contains all of your Address Book contacts' birthdays. As you add/modify birthdays in Address Book, the iCal Birthday calendar is automatically and immediately updated. This Birthday calendar syncs with no problem with Google Calendar using Spanning Sync plus doesn't have any issues accepting years earlier then 1970 and there won't be any warning in Calendar Cleaner. That's how I've implemented and it has been working great for me. I hope that helps. -Craig On Sat, Aug 8, 2009 at 7:20 AM, Timothy Eustis<[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I just downloaded calen cleaner, and after running it, it wanted to change a > number of my birthdays of those whose birthdays start before 1970.
