Hi, If you're running a beta version of Spanning Sync 3, I'd suggest downloading and installing the final release version here:
http://spanningsync.com/download If you're still experiencing problems after installing the release version of Spanning Sync 3, please create a troubleshooting report (Advanced-> Create Report) and email it to [email protected]. Please include in detail the issue you're experiencing, along with all the steps you took to see the problem.
