Hi Ivan, Spanning Sync syncs on a schedule, but not necessarily right when you login. If you open the Spanning Sync pref pane, it will tell you when the next sync is scheduled. If it's not syncing even when it's scheduled to, please send a troubleshooting report (from the advanced tab) to [email protected] so we can investigate.
