Hi Lavonne, What exactly is happening, or not happening, when you try to sync with Spanning Sync? Also, could you email us a troubleshooting report?
* Open the pref pane * Click Advanced * Click Create Report * Email the file that appears on your desktop to [email protected] Please include a detailed description of your problem when emailing the troubleshooting report.
