Hi Neal,

It looks like something is keeping Spanning Sync from creating its
keychain items.  I'd suggest running 'Keychain First Aid':

*Open Keychain Access
*Click on the Keychain Access menu
*Select 'Keychain First Aid' from the menu
*Enter your password and select 'Repair' on the right
*Click the 'Start' button
*Sign into Spanning Sync using your Google account info
