Hi, That error is coming directly from Google and means you're experience a Google outage with your Google account. We've had several reports of this over the last week. You'll have to simply wait it out with the rest of us who are also experiencing outages with our accounts. Hopefully whatever it is that Google is doing behind the scenes gets finished soon.
