I sync my Exchange calendar (one-way, because it doesn't support two way) to a Google Calendar. The push to my Google Calendar works fine. However, I've noticed that when I delete (and maybe even change) an event from my Exchange calendar through iCal, Outlook, or Outlook Web Access, the deletion/change is not synchronized with the Google calendar.
