Dustin-

I'd like to gather some additional information from you. Could you do
me a favor and capture some log data? If so, do this:

* In a Terminal window (in /Applications), type this (followed by a
return):
defaults write com.spanningsync logging_level 3
* Create an all-day, "free" event in Entourage
* Sync it to Google using Spanning Sync
* Verify that it exhibits the incorrect behavior on your team's free/
busy view of your calendar
* Create a Spanning Sync problem report (Advanced > Create report)
* Send it to [email protected] along with the exact title and
date/time of the event, and a note referencing this conversation so
they'll know to send it to me

Thanks,
Charlie
