Hi Judi, I'm not quite sure exactly what it is you're having problems with. Are you talking about the login info for his email? Are you talking about the login info for his Google account? Apparently the login info is not correct.
A Spanning Sync license is tied to a single Google account. As long as your syncing to the same Google account, you only need one license for multiple computers. If you're wanting to sync to different Google accounts, you'll need to purchase another license for the second computer.
