Bret & Don,

If you all are having problems signing into Spanning Sync, or staying
signed into Spanning Sync, then that is a completely different issue
than what this thread is about.  If you both could send a
troubleshooting report to [email protected], we'll figure out
what's causing the problem and let you know how to resolve it.
