Hi Byron, thanks for a quick reply; I've found the problem; The items on my agenda which did not sync from ICAL to Google, was marked as "National Holliday"; therefore not "technically" in one of my 2 calenders; Work or Private. As soon I gave them a "work" mark, they sync'ed.
