Hi All, I am a fan of Spanning Sync - despite the daily summary I get from this group outlining the problems others seem to be having, I've had no problems, whatsoever.
That said, I am wondering when the developers will be freed to look into adding some new features. There are obvious ones: ToDos (and yes, I know that Google Tasks does not have a suitable API, but how about something incremental like adding my iCal TODOs as entries to my calendar - or something); syncing contacts into / from groups; syncing calendar invitees; et al. These missing features are making it increasingly difficult to avoid using the Google web-based calendar; for example, since I can't add/ see invitees with iCal, I have started to avoid creating new calendar entries with iCal. To be frank, the impression I get from the web site and from this group is that Spanning Sync is no longer doing development on the product (i.e., a dying startup).
