Hi, Sync Services is going to send all events, even when you've set Spanning Sync not to sync those events. However, Spanning Sync does not sync the events outside the date range you've specified, even though Sync Services is sending them to Spanning Sync. If you're having a problem syncing the events that are supposed to sync, please create a troubleshooting report (Advanced-> Create Report) and email it to [email protected]. Please include a description of the problem.
