I'm a paid user, and I'm not able to use SpanningSync on my 10.6.2 machine. The log reports:
Apr 04 22:50:09 -- Sync mode for calendars: refresh (no database) Apr 04 22:50:09 -- Sync mode for contacts: refresh (no database) Apr 04 22:50:09 -- *** Cannot create sync syncClient. For what it's worth, I also get strange behavior from Apple's MobileMe sync service (iSync?) when I attempt to use it as well. I assume this is a permissions issue, but using the "Fix Permissions" command in Disk Utility did not fix the problem.
