Hi Kyle, So it sounds like the conflict being reported is with exception dates (the dates that a repeating event has been deleted). I've seen this occasionally and I think it has to do with Apple Sync Services interpreting the same dates in a different order as being a conflict (we always send the dates in chronological order; I don't know about iCal).
If it's just a single event that's doing it then the easiest remedy is probably to just delete the offending event and re-create it (if necessary). Otherwise, resetting sync history would probably fix it.
