Hi dz, When I've seen this recently it's been because of the iCal bug described here:
http://groups.google.com/group/spanningsync/msg/1d9284ae99462f70 One way to verify this is to open Console.app and monitor your system.log. Then, create a new test event on Google and sync with Spanning Sync. If you're experiencing that bug, you'll see a message about "multiple exceptions" in the log. Unfortunately, iCal will not pull in any other events until the one event that's causing this problem is deleted.
