Hi Jack, Spanning Sync uses a 1-to-1 pairing when syncing calendars. For example, if you have 3 iCal calendars you're wanting to sync, you must have 3 Google calendars to pair them with. Once you sign in to your Google account, using your web browser, and create more Google calendars, you'll be able to pair them up with more of your iCal calendars for syncing.
