Hi Jason, You have to sign into Spanning Sync using the primary Google account in order for contact sync to function and also for the Save5+Make5 program. Please send a transfer request to [email protected] and we'll take care of getting that transferred for you. Simply include the Google account email address the license is currently tied to and the email address you want it transferred to and we'll take care of the rest.
