These problems are almost always transient, but if you're still seeing it you can get more information by opening Spanning Sync Preferences, selecting the Advanced tab, and clicking "Open Log Window". If you don't see the problem or want help with it, click "Create Report...." and email the resulting file, along with a description of the problem, to [email protected] and we'll check it out.
