Hi, Until the actual release version of Outlook for Mac is out, we're not sure what the capabilities of it will be. We're aware that the early betas of Outlook do not have any kind of Outlook to iCal sync feature, but I can't imagine a reason why that will not be included in the release version. As long as Outlook syncs to iCal, Spanning Sync will be able to sync that data to Google the same way it does currently with Entourage.
