Hi Vincent, Surprisingly, Microsoft left out syncing with iCal in the initial release version of Outlook. You can sync contacts with Address Book, but you can't sync calendars with iCal. Because of this you can't sync the Outlook calendar with your Google account. The Outlook/ iCal sync is supposed to be added at a later date in Outlook. You can read about it here:
