Hi,

If you're using Mac OS X 10.4 you won't be able to sync in one
direction unless one of the calendars you're syncing is a read-only
calendar. If you're using Mac OS X 10.5 or later, you should update
to Spanning Sync 3 which allows you to choose which direction you want
the sync to occur. You must have Mac OS X 10.5 or later to use
Spanning Sync 3.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Byron
