I run Mac SnowLeopard 10.6.6 connected to MS Exchange 2010. When I tell SS to sync my primary Exchange calendar to my Google cal, it ALSO syncs two other Exchange calendars that I have in iCal.
I select only one Calendar in the preference pane - the two others are also named "Calendar" but I do not check them. I select the option "Never change iCal." When I select an iCal-only calendar - I keep a "Reminders" calendar that is NOT on Exchange - the sync is successful, only passing on data from that calendar.
