Hi, You can use Spanning Sync to do exactly what you're wanting. Keep in mind that Spanning Sync doesn't actually sync directly with Entourage though. You have to setup Entourage to sync with iCal, then Spanning Sync will sync the Entourage calendar (in iCal) with your Google account. You can download Spanning Sync and test it out free for 15 days.
