Hi Monty, Spanning Sync will do exactly what you're wanting. The new MobileMe Calendars are CalDAV calendars and Apple doesn't allow sync clients to modify that calendar type, but you can sync the MobileMe iCal calendars one-way to Google. Since you never make any changes on Google that need to sync back to iCal, then Spanning Sync is fine for your setup.
