Hi Rick, You're experiencing a Google outage that's preventing us from accessing your account on your behalf. This is probably due to some upgrades Google's making behind the scenes and should clear up whenever they're done doing whatever it is they're doing. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait it out with the rest of us. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
