Hi,

It sounds like you're going through the Google outage, but there's no
way to tell without seeing a troubleshooting report.  Could you email
us a troubleshooting report?

* Open the pref pane
* Click Advanced
* Click Create Report
* Email the file that appears on your desktop to
[email protected]
