Hi Steve,

There's no difference between a trial account and a paid license. The
only difference is that the trial account expires after 15 days.

Spanning Sync uses a 1-to-1 pairing when syncing calendars. For
example, if you have 5 iCal calendars you're wanting to sync, you must
have 5 Google calendars to pair them with. You also cannot pair
multiple iCal calendars with a single Google calendar. I'm assuming
your one Google calendar is greyed out because you've already paired
it with an iCal calendar. To pair up more iCal calendars you'll need
to login to your Google Calendar account, using your web browser, and
create more calendars. Once you've done that you'll be able to pair
up more iCal calendars for syncing.

Please let me know if you have any questions or problems.

Thanks,

Byron
