Hi there, I just sent an email to support about my first-time sync
(free trial) aborting and I did attach the problem log.  Here's the
problem that's more immediate:  When the sync aborted, it came up with
a screen/window that I cannot close/remove from my screen.  I am on a
Mac Book Air, OS X 10.6.7.  The window has Spanning Sync in the header
then has:

Spanning Sync encountered an error which aborted the sync session. The
error was: [ISyncConcreteSession
_commitUnknownAccepts:deletedRecordIds:filteredRecordIds:]: should
have the same number of records in the client store as in the Truth: (

followed by what look like different record issues, but I can't scroll
to the bottom to see if there's an "ok" or "close", nor can I figure
out how to close that Sync Aborted window which is now on my screen.

Any ideas??
