I think you guys need a better way of communicating the status of Spanning Sync's service than the odd post here. You're not using the blog for up-to-date service status information, so I'd suggest something like what Dropbox has. http://status.dropbox.com/
I think in times of outage, users want to see more than a bunch of random reports on a Google Group, or a status message that says to try syncing again "in a few minutes", for hours on end. We all understand that you're working hard behind the scenes to get stuff running again, and frankly I'd rather you do that than answer individual posts here.
