Hi Andy, Spanning Sync doesn't officially support syncing Exchange calendars. With that being said, it should work, but only one-way to Google. If it's not working one-way to Google, send me a troubleshooting report (Advanced-> Create Report) to [email protected] and I'll see if I can tell what's causing it to fail.
