Hi I have a calendar in iCal that I would like to be synced with a calendar under my Google account. The iCal calendar is not local to my Mac but is accessed via a URL to a server (running DAViCal I believe). The server requires username/password authentication. I entered the username and password when I first set the calendar up in iCal and I can both read and create events via iCal.
However when I try to sync this iCal calendar with one of my Google calendars, I get the warning "Read-only calendar: The selected iCal calendar is not writeable so syncs will only work one way". However, as far as I can see, the iCal calendar *is* writeable - or at least should be. So I need to authenticate somewhere within Spanning Sync? The Google calendar in question is part of a Google Apps account, but is not the "primary" calendar for that account, if that's relevant. Thanks in advance Glenn. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Spanning Sync" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
