I have upgraded to 10.7.2 and don't plan on using iCloud at all. I use Spanning Sync to sync my Outlook 2011 calendar with Google calendar and it was working fine.
Since the upgrade, it continually says it is syncing, but nothing ever gets to the Google Calendar. Oct 15 13:26:23 -- Google auth token received Oct 15 13:26:50 -- Sync now!
