Hi Paul,

I'm not 100% certain, but what you've described sounds like there are
some contacts in Google that aren't set as either a "person" or
"business".  It sounds like it's simply wanting to set the contact
type for those contacts in Google.  You might want to make a backup of
your contact data before proceeding.

If you're wanting to keep two-way sync functionality with your Google
account, you need to stay away from iCloud.  You can read more about
