Hi Phil, You can use Spanning Sync to do what you're needing. The one thing to keep in mind is that a Spanning Sync license is tied to a single Google account. If you're wanting the computers to different Google accounts, you'd need multiple licenses. If you're syncing all computers to the same Google account, you'd only need a single Spanning Sync license.
Spanning Sync will keep the Address Book and iCal data in sync with your Google account on all computers. You could then use Google's Mobile Sync feature to get the phones to sync over-the-air with the Google account. Information on setting up the iPhones to sync directly with Google can be found here: http://support.google.com/mobile/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=138740 Basically you'd use Spanning Sync to sync the computers with Google and you'd use Google's Mobile Sync feature to sync the phones with Google.
