Hi - be forewarned, I downloaded the latest Mac OS update and it summarily turned on iCloud calendar sync and converted all my calendars to iCloud, completely messing up my Spanning Sync setup. I had previously upgraded to 10.7.2 and set up iCloud to not sync calendars.
