Hi, You can enable Apple Sync Services in Lion by pasting the following line in a Terminal window:
defaults -currentHost delete com.apple.syncservices SyncingDisabled Be sure you hit the 'return' key after pasting the line in the window. Please let us know if that doesn't address the problem.
