BioMed Central announcement 10 May 2010 ======================================= Case Western Reserve University reinstates Supporter Membership with BioMed Central BioMed Central today announced that, through the auspices of the Health Sciences Library, Case Western Reserve University has re-established a Supporter Membership. The University, is one of the pre-eminent research institutions in health sciences, life sciences, and technology in the US today. Under the terms of Case Western Reserve University's Supporter Membership (http://www.biomedcentral.com/info/about/supportermembership) arrangement, all researchers supported by the University will benefit from a 15% discount on publication fees when publishing in any of BioMed Central's 200 peer-reviewed open access journals. "The Cleveland Health Sciences Library is very pleased to be able to support BioMed Central membership for Case Western Reserve University," stated Ginger Saha, Director of the Health Sciences Library. "Our faculty have demonstrated their commitment to open access publishing and the discount on publication fees that comes with this membership will encourage even more authors to submit manuscripts to BioMed Central."
