on RoMEO, OpenDOAR and RSP projects:

** Open Access Adviser - Repositories Support Project  **
The post will support the work of the RSP in outreach, strategic
consultancy, operational advice and information provision in the field of
repositories. Work will include research into significant issues, support of
policy development and acting as an advocate of open access and related
research communications on a national scale. The work will be varied,
including liaison with a wide range of stakeholders; carrying out promotion
campaigns and events; writing reports, briefing papers, fact sheets and

** Open Access Services Coordinator  **
The initial focus is on RoMEO and the person appointed will be responsible
for the transition of RoMEO into a stable and sustainable service:
management of development work to build on plans for sustainable structure
and funding; collaborate with external stakeholders and foster external
relationships; liaise with domestic and foreign funders; coordinate the
overseas office system and project reporting. More details:

** Technical Developer - Open Access Services **
This post will focus on support and development for the OpenDOAR service.
The role will include: maintenance and development of the service;
interface; API; content; user-relations; technical development on harvesting
repository information; record counts, statistical displays and presentation
of results; development of ideas and software solutions for improved
services and integration with other services and institutional systems;
liaison with the user community and repository managers worldwide, and
presentations at workshops and conferences as required.  More details:
