The UltraSparc T1 and T2 is part of OpenSPARC project... so I think the 
OpenBoot can be compiled from source:
OpenBoot PROM - http://www.openfirmware.info/OpenBIOS
Anyway, can't confirm since I don't have sparc64 platform.
