Error Compiling 64 Bit Kernel

I have got Redhat Linux 6.2 running on a 64 bit Sun Ultra 1. When I tried to
build the 2.4.0t2 kernel I received some errors about undefined
references to sparc32_execve, do_sys32_sigstack, do_sys32_signalstack
do_rt_sigsuspend32 and do_sigreturn32

Is there some other rpm package which I need to install or is this 
a bug with the 2.4.0t2 kernel?
