Thanx to those who gave suggestion with a 2G Seagate drive in my Sparc4m
all when smoothly with the install after I did a manual fdisk and used disk
druid to label the partitions..
Unfortunately it appears that the optical mouse is SNAFU and only allows up
and down movement of the courser. Basic troubleshooting leads me to believe
the horizontal photodiode array is pooched.
X is quite annoying without a mouse...
Can any point me to an Optical mouse FAQ on repairs and/or modification of
a standard PS/2 mouse to interface to the mouse port on a Sparc box??
