I have experienced the same thing for the last 8 months. Finally had a
look at it the other day. When i was manually fscking it i would do
"fsck -y /dev/hda6". This makes it answer yes to everything. I think
the question it was asking was that there was a crosslinked inode, did i
want to duplicate it? Yes would seem to be a safe fix. However as this
was not fixing it (a rerun of fsck would ask the same question again), i
ran fsck without -y and said no to that question(there was nothing
important on that partition anyway). Then it asked if i wanted to
delete it, i said yes. And then it was forever fixed.
