That would be more to my liking as well, but the change I just made was only
restoring the current longstanding behavior. Going to the more logical
.pep.shtml will take a bit more doing.

Hi Brian,

It looks like you just committed a fix that changed the interactxsl file to
interact.xsl. However, for consistency reasons shouldn't we be naming all
peptide level results with a .pep. before the final extension. So instead
of generating files interact.xsl and interact.shtml, these should be named
interact.pep.xsl and interact.pep.shtml, respectively. Can you make this
correction to the code?

Thanks,
-David

At a minimum the interactxsl thing is mine, most likely the other as well.

I've been pretty active the checkins lately, I'll check to make sure it's
nothing I did.

Hi everyone, I was just doing a little processing using the latest trunk
code on Linux and

interact.prot.shtml

has gone missing!

There's also an

interactxsl

file that seems to have lost a period. Any recent changes that might have
caused this? I also get this error:

perl: symbol lookup error:
/tools/bin/TPP/tpp-dshteynb/cgi-bin/tpplib_perl.so: undefined symbol:
Perl_Gthr_key_ptr

command "perl /tools/bin/TPP/tpp-dshteynb/cgi-bin/protxml2html.pl -file
"/regis/sbeams/archive/edeutsch/TestSamples1/Processed/01/XTK_HsIPI3.38ForwD
ecoy

/interact-prob.prot.xml" 336" failed with exit code 32512
