Hello everybody. Thi is the first time we're using TPP to analize SILAC data with both Arg and Lys. We're running version TPP v4.1 JETSTREAM rev 1 using the Windows GUI. Unfortunately, when try to analize our ".pep.xml" file with Xpress, we get a error message that reads:
"XPRESS error - cannot open file from basename c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/ data/testband4, will try to derive from scan names scan-derived scan file c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/.mzXML (from ) not found, cannot proceed... command "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/XPressPeptideParser "interact.pep.xml" - m1.0 -nR,6.0 -nK,8.0" failed: Operation not permitted command "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/XPressPeptideParser "interact.pep.xml" - m1.0 -nR,6.0 -nK,8.0" exited with non-zero exit code: 1 QUIT - the job is incomplete Command FAILED" I'd appreciate it if any one has an advice on this matter.
