Many Agilent MassHunter users who have tried to use the recent Trapper version 4.2.0 have written to me with issues. Agilent has identified issues in their library files (which we redistribute as part of the Trapper installer) and they are working on a fix. As soon as I have the updates from Agilent and have tested them I will release an updated version of the Trapper software.
